Booking Information
- We are OPEN
from April 1 thru Oct 31
- Our Peak Season is from May 1 to September 30
- Our Off Season is from April 1 - 30 and from October 1 - 31 (please contact for discounts)
- We are CLOSED from November 1 until March 31
- Reservations are suggested during peak periods;
please note:
- A valid credit card number, expiry date and name of card holder is required
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted
- We can no longer accept cheques
- Deposits - A one night charge plus taxes will be processed
upon booking for the following:
- Cabin bookings
- Motel bookings for 3 or more nights
- Long weekend bookings
- All Bookings
- Made by noon 3 days prior to arrival for each night - no charge
- With less than 3 days notice for each night - will be charged for each night
- No Shows
- Failure to show without notification will be charged for the entire rental period
- Check-Out - By 10:30 am
- Unfortunately, late check-outs are not permitted in peak season
- A $10.00 per hour late charge will be required
- Check In
- After 4:00PM, as we need this time for cleaning
- Late Arrivals - Please phone in advance for details if you plan to arrive after 6:00PM
- Cancellations must be spoken directly to us by telephone
- Please note that we must speak directly with you on the phone to arrange for a cancellation
- Phone messages or emails are not acceptable
- Fireworks are not permitted on the grounds or in buildings
- Non-Smoking - There is no smoking allowed in any of the motel units or cabins
- Pets are
NOT allowed - we
are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you
- Unfortunately, there are no exceptions possible
- Damage Deposit - We require a damage deposit equal to a two-night-booking (based on double occupancy)

We take pleasure in accepting reservation bookings from our clients several months to a year in advance. Should you not be able to keep your reservation, we request that you please call well ahead to inform us and cancel. This courtesy will allow us to re-book and avoid other disappointed parties who would have liked to rent the accommodation that you reserved. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
